Eating Bender’s Betta Banana Bread (Revised)

So, Joey and I used Jenn from eating bender’s banana bread recipe…but turned it into 5X BANANA BREAD since we had so many bananas that were going to go bad. We basically winged it and the bread ended up being really really tasty. Try it out if your in love with bananas…and bread.

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup liquid egg whites
  • 6 tbsp. Promise Light Buttery Spread ( I used normal butter)
  • 1/2 cup Fage 2% yogurt
  • 5 medium mashed bananas (200g)

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together in one bowl, and mix wet ingredients in seperate bowl. Combine all together until thoroughly mixed. Put in baking dish and bake for 45-55 min. Take out, let cool a little bit (its good hot), pour yourself a glass of milk, and chowwww down!!!!
